Refund Policy
LeadHuntHQ is a monthly subscription (Pro, $19/month) that starts with a 3-day free trial. This page explains when you can get a refund and how to request one. It is a plain-language summary and does not constitute legal advice.
24-hour refund window
If you would like a full refund of a charge, email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of that charge. We will refund it in full — you do not need to give a reason. Include the email address on your account so we can find the payment quickly.
Free trial
Every account starts with a 3-day free trial of Pro. A payment card is required to begin the trial, but you are not charged during it. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all. If you do not cancel, the subscription renews automatically and your card is charged $19 for the first month when the trial ends.
After 24 hours
After the 24-hour window for a given charge has passed, that payment is non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. After your subscription ends, leads remain visible but their contact details lock again until you resubscribe.
How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Once we approve a refund, Paddle returns it to your original payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider, and is usually a few business days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country, including any statutory right of withdrawal. As Merchant of Record, Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase and handles those statutory rights; this policy describes the refunds we offer in addition to them.
