These terms govern your use of LeadHuntHQ. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary and does not constitute legal advice.

The service
LeadHuntHQ is a software service that surfaces public hire-intent posts — people publicly saying they want to hire a freelancer — from across the public web and delivers them as leads in one feed. The service uses AI to classify hire intent, score and categorize each lead, and extract contact details that the author published publicly. What the service provides is access to this functionality — not the posts themselves, which are public and belong to their authors. We do not post, message, or read on your behalf on any platform. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google credentials secure and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use
LeadHuntHQ surfaces a public post, a short preview, and the author's public handle or a link to the post; you decide whether to open it and how to act on it. The service does not post, message, or read on your behalf — any AI reply drafts are editable and sent by you. You are solely responsible for what you do with a lead, including any reply or contact, and for complying with the terms of the source platform and all applicable laws.

Use leads to reply to the people who posted them — do not resell or redistribute the feed.
Do not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
Do not use LeadHuntHQ for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
When you contact a lead, follow the rules, etiquette, and terms of the platform it came from.
Third-party content
LeadHuntHQ is a discovery tool: it surfaces public posts, previews, and publicly published contact details from third parties across the public web. We do not host, own, author, or endorse that content, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability. We are not responsible for your interactions with the people who posted it.

Plans & billing
LeadHuntHQ offers one plan: Pro, at $19 per month. It starts with a 3-day free trial. A payment card is required to begin the trial, but you are not charged if you cancel before day 3. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically and your card is charged $19 for the first month. Pro is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically at $19 until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the current paid period. After a subscription ends, leads remain visible but their contact details lock again until you resubscribe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card details. You can update your card, view your renewal date, and cancel from the Paddle customer portal.

Refunds: if you would like a full refund of a charge, email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of that charge and we will refund it in full. After 24 hours payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — your access continues until the end of the paid period. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have, including any statutory right of withdrawal; as Merchant of Record, Paddle handles those rights. See our Refund Policy for details.

No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular volume, quality, accuracy, or timeliness of leads.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadHuntHQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law
LeadHuntHQ is operated from Ukraine, and these terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Ukraine shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Dispute resolution
If you have a concern, contact us first at [email protected] — we will try to resolve it informally. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.

Termination
You may stop using LeadHuntHQ at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or harms the service or other users.
